摘 要:以氯化石蜡-42和氯气为原料,高沸点的含卤芳香族化合物MS代替四氯化碳作溶剂制备了氯化石蜡-70,试验了各工艺条件对反应的影响。结果表明,氯蜡-42与溶剂的质量比为1:2~2.5,反应温度75~85℃,通氯体积流量500~650mL/min时氯化效果最好,产品质量达到HG/T3643—1999要求。此法克服了四氯化碳法的缺点,有希望替代四氯化碳生产氯蜡-70。Chlorinated paraffin -70 was produced using chlorinated paraffin-42 and chlorine as raw materials, with aromatic compound MS with high boiling point replaced carbon tetrachloride as solvent. The influence of each process condition on the reaction was tested and reviewed. It was found that the best chlorination result can be achieved under the following conditions: mass ratio of chlorinated paraffin - 42 to solvent is 1:(2~2.5), reaction temperature is 75~85 ℃, and flow rate of chlorine reactant is 500~650 mL/min, the quality of product can meet the requirement of HG/T 3643—1999 under this condition. This method avoided the disadvantage of carbon tetrachloride method and was possible to replace carbon tetrachloride in the production of chlorinated paraffin-70.
