摘 要:研究了混合气体(Ar+N_2)保护钨极氢弧焊条件下2205双相不锈钢焊接接头的微观组织,以及采用化学浸泡法获得接头的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,随着保护气体中N_2含量的增加,接头中奥氏体含量不断增多,铁素体相的晶粒尺寸随之减小,在不同Cl^-质量浓度条件下,接头的腐蚀失重率逐渐降低。腐蚀形貌观察显示,在质量分数为6%的FeCl_3加质量分数为25% HCl和H_2O腐蚀条件下,接头试样发生了点蚀现象。随着保护气体中N_2含量的增加,接头腐蚀坑的数量逐渐减少,腐蚀面积不断变小,接头的耐腐蚀性能增强。Microstructure of 2205 duplex stainless steel welded joints was analyzed, and its corrosion resistance properties were investigated by chemical immersion experiment. The results showed that austenite content was increased with increase of N2 volume content in the mixed gas shielded tungsten arc welding, which would reduce ferrite grain size and corrosion rates of the welded joint under different Cl^- mass concentrations. Microscopic corrosion topographies found pitting corrosion on surface of samples in the conditions 6% FeCl3 + 25 % HCl + H2O. The numbers of etch pits and its area were reduced under different N2 volume contents in the mixed gas. As the result, the corrosion resistance properties of welded joint have been improved.
