摘　　要：分析了乙烯炉管结焦抑制剂的作用机理,根据结焦机理分别制备了结焦抑制剂的单剂,并在评价装置上考察了单剂的阻焦效果。将性能优良的单剂再进行复配,评价、筛选出的1号结焦抑制剂,在加剂量为200μg/g时,阻焦率达到90%以上。The working mechanisms of coking inhibitor for ethylene cracking furnace tube was analyzed. On the basis of coking mechanisms, the coking inhibitors were prepared and their coking inhibition performances were investigated on a testing plant. The inhibitor with excellent performances were compounded and evaluated. The coking inhibition rate of No. 1 coking inhibitor selected is over 90% at a dosage of 200 ppm.
