摘  要:不同浓度杀菌剂三唑酮处理烟草后,烟草植株叶片中过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)等防御酶活性有所提高,其过氧化物酶同工酶也比对照活性增强。因此认为,三唑酮可以诱导烟草对TMV的系统获得性抗性(SAR),提高烟草的免疫能力。Trials were carried out by spraying the different concentrations of triadimefon onto the leaves of tobacco plants with three full developed leaves. At the 3rd and 5th days after spray treatments, the 1 st full developed leaves from the top of the plants were collected to analyse the activites of defensive enzymes like peroxidase ( POD), super oxidase dimutase(SOD), phenylalanin ammo-nialyase(PAL)and POD isoenzymic zymogram. The results showed that the activities of these defensive enzymes have increased, the activity of POD isoenzymic zymogram improved as well. This indicated that triadimefon can induce systemic acquiried resistance(SAR)of tobacco plants.
