摘 要:在用辐射测温法研究多孔介质燃烧器中火焰温度分布时,因石英玻璃窗不能透过热象仪所能响应的火焰红外辐射波段,而不能直接测出玻璃内侧的火焰温度。该文通过对石英玻璃(属半透明介质)内热传导与热辐射耦合,边界为对流换热的数值计算,研究了石英玻璃内、外表面温度分布的变化规律的相应关联式,从而由所测石英玻璃外表面的温度分布推算出内侧多孔介质表面层的火焰分布。这种消除玻璃对测量温度影响的方法具有一定的实用意义。When the flame temperature distribution in porous medium burner is studied by using the radiation measuring temperature methods, the temperature inside the quartz observation window could not be acquired directly by the infrared video camera which is unable to respond the infrared wavelength from the flame through the quartz. The thermal conduction coupling with the radiation within the glass (semitransparent medium) with the boundary conditions of heat convection is numerically calculated to investigate the variations of outside temperatures. From the outside temperature of glass,the flame temperature in the surface layer of porous medium can be obtained by using the relation calculated. This method that removes the influence of quartz on measured flame temperature is significant in practice.
