摘  要:以嘉陵江上游水土流失定位观测站内5种植被恢复模式为研究对象,对土壤微生物、土壤酶活性以及理化性质进行了研究。结果表明:①退化生态系统进行植被恢复后土壤微生物数量明显增加,上层>下层,且随季节不同而有明显变化;②5种植被恢复模式脲酶、蔗糖酶活性均明显高于对照地,3种土壤酶活性随季节变化明显且因林分而异;③5种植被恢复模式土壤氮素的转化率除湿地松纯林外均明显高于对照地,土壤氮素转化率与3种酶均呈极显著的相关关系,与土壤中细菌、放线菌数量之间也呈正相关关系,但相关系数未达显著水平;④火烧迹地灌丛土壤养分含量最高,微生物数量最大,脲酶、蔗糖酶活性最强,土壤的结构性最好。The physical and chemical properties, soil microorganisms and enzyme activities in the five resume modes of degraded ecosystem in the observation station of the upper reaches of Jialingjiang River were studied. The results are as follows:(1)The soil microorganism shows an significantly increase after the restoration of the degraded ecosystem, the amount of 0--5 cm is higher than that in the 15--30 cm soil layer. And the soil microorganism represents the significant seasonal dynamics. (2)Among the five types of restoration mode of vegetation,both the activity of urease and invertase are higher than that of control sites; The soil enzyme activity represents the significantly seasonal dynamics and varying in different forest sites. (3)Except Pinus elliottii the ratio of nitrogen translation of four modes is more higher than control site. The correlation between the ratio of nitrogen translation and three of the soil enzyme activity is significant at the 0.01 level. Otherwise,the ratio of nitrogen translation and bacteria, actinomyces has positive correlation, but the coefficient is not significant. (4)It shows that the soil nutrient of the burned shrubs sites is the highest,the amount of soil microorganism is the largest,the activity of urease and invertase is the strongest, the structure of soil is the best.
