摘　　要：设计一种基于ARM的嵌入式网络视频监控系统。针对流媒体数据实时传输要求,设计并实现了在Arm-Linux平台下基于JRTPLIB库的RTP/RTCP传输协议的流媒体实时传输。简要介绍了系统的软、硬件平台;重点阐述了基于USB摄像头的视频采集和视频数据的传输过程,对其中的若干关键技术进行了较为详细的介绍。A network video surveillance system based on embedded Linux is introduced in this paper. The real-time transportation of streaming media is designed and implemented by RTP/RTCP transfer protocol based on JRTPLIB on the Arm-Linux Platform. The software and hardware platform of this system are briefly described. Also the process of the video capture based on USB camera and the transportation of video data are emphasized. Especially, several key technologies related to this process are illustrated in detail.
