摘　　要：区域创新体系运行的过程,就是高等院校与科研机构、企业、信息中介服务机构、地方政府等四大创新主体在社会需要或市场需求的拉动下协同创新的过程。高等院校与科研机构为知识创新的主体,是知识创新的源头;地方政府为制度政策创新的主体,是区域创新的保障;信息中介机构为服务创新的主体,是区域创新的纽带;企业为技术创新的主体,是区域创新的归宿;社会需要或市场需求是区域创新的心脏,为区域创新提供源源不绝的动力。The running process of regional innovation system is the innovation process collaborated with four main innovation subjects including the higher education institutions, the scientific research institutions, the intermediary service agencies, and the government driven by the social needs or the market needs. The higher education institutions and the scientific research institutions, which are the source of knowledge innovation, are the subject of knowledge innovation. The government, which provides support to regional innovation, is the subject of regulation and policy innovation. The intermediary service agencies, acting as a connecting bond of regional innovation, are the subject of service innovation. The enterprises, which are the end-resuh of regional innovation, are the subject of technological innovation. The social needs or the market needs, which provide continuous power for regional innovation, are the heart of regional innovation.
