摘  要:本文对杉本雄性不育接穗和可育砧木的相互作用引起的生理生化的变化进行了研究。结果表明:接穗小孢子叶球的呼吸强度有明显提高.而其叶的呼吸强度则降低;砧木小孢子叶球的呼吸强度下降.而叶的呼吸强度则上升。接穗和砧木的小孢子叶球的过氧化物酶同工酶都出现干扰酶带,尤其对砧木影响较大,同时还影响其顺序表达;而叶的过氧化物酶同工酸酶谱则无明显差异.作者认为砧木与接穗可能存在能调控基因表达的物质的交换,但不影响它们各自的育性表达.In this paper the authors describe a series of studies on the change of physiology and biochemistry,which interact between male sterile scion and fertile stock in Cunninghamia lanceolata (lamb. )Hook. The respitatory intensity, which of microstrobilus in the male sterile scion, increased, but that of its leaves decreased; and that of microstrobilus in fertile stock come down, but that of its leaves is raised. The peroxidase isozyme of microstrobilus in scion and stock appear interfere isozymes,especially affect on the stock; and influence on their genes sequential expression ;but that of the leaves between them have no distinct difference. It is suggested that there exists the exchange of substance, which affect their genes expression between scion and stock, but it can't influence their fertility expression.
