摘　　要：目的：采用高效液相色谱法测定甲磺酸培氟沙星注射液的含量。方法：色谱柱为LunaC18（250mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为0．025mol／L磷酸溶液（用三乙胺调节pH值至3．0±0．1）-乙腈（87：13），流速为0．7ml／min，检测波长为278nm，柱温为室温。进样量为20μg。结果：甲磺酸培氟沙星在4～40g/ml浓度范围内，峰面积积分值与浓度呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9999）；平均回收率为99．65％（n=6），RSD=0．44％。结论：本方法测定甲磺酸培氟沙星注射液的含量简便、快捷、结果准确可靠。Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of pefloxacin mesylate injection. Methods： The HPLC system consisted Luna C18 column （250mm × 4. 6mm,5 μm）, The mobile phase was 0.025mol/L phosphoric acid （adjusting pH 3.0 ± 0. 1 with triethylamine） acetonitrile （87： 13）. The flow rate was 0. 7 ml/min, and with detection 278nm. The column temperature was room temperature;injection volume was 20 μl. Results： The linear range of pefloxacin mesylate was 4 - 40g/ml, r = 0.9999. The average recovery was 99.65 %, RSD = 0.44% （ n = 6）. Conclusion：The method was simple and accurate.
