摘　　要：行政听证是民众权利的程序性保障。文章以重庆市高温天气劳动保护办法网上听证会为例,就行政听政的渊源、我国行政听政的现状及这一制度的伦理意义与现实意义作进一步探讨。Administratlve hearing is the procedural safeguards of public fights. This article takes on on - line hearing of labor protec tion means under the high temperature in Chongqing as an example. It makes a further discussion on the origin of the ad ministrative hearing, the present situation of Chinese administrative hearing, and the theoretical significance and practical significance of this system.
