湖南省农业机械化与农业结构调整的适应性分析

摘　　要：通过对湖南农业机械化发展情况的调查分析,找出农业机械化发展滞后于农业结构调整的原因,提出农业机械化发展围绕农业结构调整的适应性战略思想、目标、模式及所需采取的措施。通过把农业机械化发展定位在"高、新、精"水平上,以逐步建立一个结构合理、发展协调、功能完备、适应农业和农村经济发展需要的农业机械化新框架,来实现与农业结构调整的同步发展。With the agricultural and rural economic development, especially after joining the WTO, to Hunan for the timely adjustment of the agricultural and rural economic structure of the strategic decision -making, so the Hunan Agricultural Mechanization on the development has become history, has been unable to keep up with the pace of agricultural restructuring. Through the development of Hunan Agricultural Mechanization survey analysis, identify its lag behind the Agricultural Mechanization of the reasons for the adjustment of the agricultural structure, put on Agricultural Mechanization of the adaptability of the agricultural structure adjustment strategic thinking, objectives, models and the necessary measures taken. By positioning Agricultural Mechanization of ＂high and new, sophisticated＂ level to gradually establish a rational structure, the development of coordination, complete functions, agriculture and the rural economy adapt to the needs of the Agricultural Mechanization new framework to achieve with the adjustment of agricultural structure developed simultaneously.
