摘 要:为推进草物料压缩设备的发展和开发新鲜草产品,对新鲜草物料进行了压缩试验研究。以截面积为360×460mm液压高密度压捆机为试验装置,选择3种典型的新鲜草物料(苜蓿草、苏丹草和玉米秸秆)为试验对象,对其在压缩过程中的压缩力进行了测试研究。通过对试验数据进行处理,获得了同种草物料在相同压缩密度条件下喂入量对压缩力的影响规律,并对3种草物料在相同压缩密度和相同喂入量条件下的压缩力进行比较,为压缩设备的优化设计提供了重要的理论依据。In order to promote development of baler and exploit the fresh herbage product, the experimental study of the compression pressure in the compression process was conducted for the typical fresh herbage materials, including alfalfa , sudanese sorghum and corn stalk on the on the high density hydraulic square baler of 360mm × 460mm. Through analyzing experimental data by computer, in the condition of the same compression density, the law for the feeding rate to exert influence on the compression pressure of every material in the compression process was acquired. In the condition of the same compression density and feeding rate, the compression pressure of the three materials was compared. These results will advance theoretical basis for the optimum design Of the baler .
