摘  要:将Olympus相差显微镜活体观察与电镜活体固定、包埋、切片观察相结合发现,紫竹梅花雄蕊毛细胞中存在一条宽大的或者多条较细的胞质束,胞质束内的胞质集体涌动,线粒体和胞质颗粒缓慢移动.胞质束是一种均一、稠密的基质,电子密度显著高于细胞质基质,且有单层膜包被,颗粒和线粒体附着在胞质束膜的外表面上.The cells of staminal hairs of Setcreasea purpurea are studied with Olympus optical microscope and JEM100CX electron microscope. A wide cytoplasmic strand or more than one thin fibrils is found by optical microscope in the staminal hair cells. The mass flow of cytoplasmic streaming is faster than the movement of organelles. The cytoplasmic band which is observed by electron microscope is a kind of even and dense cytoplasmic matrix. It's electron dense is thicker than cytoplasmic matrix, and is wrapped by a single membrane. Numerous cytoplasmic particles and organelles attach to the outside membrane of cytoplasmic band. The cytoplasmic fibrils which are possible to be composed of microtubules and microfilaments are discussed.
