摘  要:为了减轻农机驾驶员作业疲劳程度和改善作业条件,对深松浅翻作业过程中NEWHOLLANDM160型拖拉机驾驶员的疲劳状况进行了测试与分析。结果表明:深松浅翻作业中,拖拉机驾驶员在排除故障时的心率增加量最大,其次是工艺停车、地头转向、工艺空行和纯作业。其中,排除故障属于中级劳动强度,工艺停车、地头转向、工艺空行和纯作业属于轻级劳动强度。最后,针对减轻驾驶员疲劳程度提出了几点建议。In order to reduce tractor drivers'operating fatigue and improve condition, the process of deep scarification and till with shallow depth operations done by NEWHOLLAND M160 tractor is carried on testing and analysis. The results show the order of increases on heart rate in deep scarification and till with shallow depth is : troubleshooting, technologi- cal parking, turning in farm , technological transferance of meaningless, net operation. Troubleshooting is the level of middle labor intensity. Technological parking, turning in farm, technological transferance of meaningless and net operation are the level of light labor intensity. Finally some suggestions for reducing drivers' operating fatigue are offered.
