摘 要:对生物柴油和乙醇的主要物理化学特性以及两者与柴油混合在柴油机中的应用效果进行了对比。结果表明:在中小负荷工况下,乙醇与石化柴油掺烧,柴油机排放烟度PM降低,NOx和CO排放增大,HC排放稍微增加;生物柴油与石化柴油掺烧,柴油机排放烟度PM降低,NOx排放升高,CO排放降低,HC排放减少明显。在此基础上,结合国内外情况,讨论了其市场化的前景,指出我国在目前的情况下,乙醇生产要以"非粮"为主,重点发展纤维素制取乙醇;对生物柴油料油的发展,要汲取国外的经验,走生物质燃料油原料的多样性之路。Working condition moves downwards in small and medium load, the ethye alcohol and the diesel oil adulterating and fevering, PM reduces, NOx reduces, CO enhances, HC a bit increases; the biologiacal diesel oil and chemical diesel oil adulterating and fevering, PM reduces, NOx power - up, CO lessening, HC decrease obviously. At present, the ethye alcohol and the biological diesel childbirth have been paid close attention to at home and abroad , the productive technology has improved unceasingly. Our national condition has been decided that the ethye alcohol produce need to give first place to "to being not grain " and develops cellulose alcohol ; On the biological diesel of development, we should learn from foreign experience and take diversity of raw materials road.
