摘　　要：自1995年国际地圈-生物圈计划(IGBP)和国际全球环境变化人文因素计划(IHDP)联合提出"土地利用/覆盖计划"(简称LUCC)研究计划以来,区域土地利用/覆盖变化便成为全球的研究热点之一,而模型的应用研究是该计划核心。为此,综述了目前国内开发的两种基本LUCC模型:经验性系统诊断模型和土地利用动态变化模型;同时,也介绍了考虑社会驱动力的综合模型(如CLUE-S模型等),阐述了各种LUCC模型的特点,并就存在的问题进行探讨,最后提出相关建议。Land Use and Land Cover Change, listed LUCC, was jointly proposed by International Geosphere - Biosphere Program（IGBP） and International Human Dimensions Programme on Global Environmental Change （IHDP） In 1995. Since that, regional land use and Land cover change has become one of the global hot topics of research, and the application of the model is the core. In this paper, two basic LUCC models , diagnosis model with empirical system and mathematic model of land changes have been summarized, and comprehensive model such as CLUE - S Model, Considering using the driving force of society was also been introduced. In all, the characteristics of the LUCC model were described in detail and advices have been given after the discussion on the problems.
