摘　　要：结合当前农业和农村发展的实际,提出了农村综合信息服务平台的概念,制定了农村农业信息化解决方案,并详细地介绍了信息平台的设计和实现策略。农村综合信息服务应用平台集成了数据挖掘技术?数据仓库技术?短信平台技术和电话语音服务技术及VOD视频点播技术,适合为广大农村用户和相关企业政府部门提供实时最新的农业市场信息,使各类用户对市场第一时间做出准确的判断。Integrating the developing reality of agriculture and countryside of our country, the paper establishes the solution of agriculture information development of countryside, and gives a systemic introduction to the design and functionality of integrated information service platform, the overall design and implementation strategies are discussed in detail. Villages integrated information service platform intergrades data warehouse, data mining, SMS platform, telephone voice service and Video- On- Demand technology, which will be helpful for the users from country, related enterprises and depart- ments of government. It will provide agricultural information with real time, which can be useful for the users to estimate market properly earlier.
