摘　　要：燃油喷射系统是柴油机的核心系统,也是柴油机的主要故障源,燃油喷射系统相当部分的故障必须拆解判断,容易出错并且复杂。为此,提出了一种基于虚拟器技术的柴油机燃油喷射系统的非解体故障诊断系统。该诊断系统利用外卡式压力传感器检测高压油管波形,对波形进行小波分解与波形识别,提取有效的特征值,再利用BP神经网络,诊断出燃油喷射系统的故障。同时,介绍了系统的设计与开发,并重点讨论了波形信号采集、分析和BP神经网络分析诊断等3个功能模块的实施。Diesel fuel injection is not also the core system, but also the main fault source of the diesel engine. Quite a sum of fault of the diesel fuel injection should be judged by breaking accessory, which is quite easy to make mistakes and complex. Aiming at solving the existed problems, the non - disassembly diagnosis system of diesel engine fuel injection system, which based on virtual instrument is put forward. This article mainly introduces the design and development of this system, and discusses a lot about the implementation of the diagnosis system.
