摘 要:针对50 kW空气源热泵V形风侧换热器的流动和传热性能进行数值模拟,研究该换热器来流风速分布不均对其换热性能的影响。结果表明:1)风速的不均匀分布对换热性能影响很大,当风速最大偏差超过50%时,换热量降低11.33%;2)风速分布不均匀也是造成制冷剂分配不均匀的主要原因,导致各回路制冷剂出口过热度存在差异,各支路出口过热度相差越大,换热器换热性能越低;3)在风速最大偏差条件下,随着平均风速的增大,换热器换热性能先增后减。Simulates the flow and thermal performance of V type air side heat exchanger of 50 kW air source heat pump numerically, studies the impact of airflow maldistribution on the thermal performance. The results indicate that 1) airflow maldistribution has great effect on the performance. For maldistributions exceeding 50% of the average coil face velocity, the capacity reduction can be as much as 11.33%. 2)The maldistribution of refrigerant is mainly induced by airflow maldistribution, which contributes the great difference of refrigerant superheat. The more the difference of refrigerant superheat the more the performance degradation of the evaporator. 3) With a maximum deviation from the average velocity constant, the capacity loss turns to increase and then decrease as the average velocity increases.
