摘　　要：为解决海上助航信息共享,采用基于Java Applet法的GeoBeans 6.0专用WebGIS工具软件,构建以电子海图为基础的海上助航信息共享体系.以符合IHO—S57标准电子海图规范为基础数据,叠加实时船舶AIS信息和航标助航信息,运行于互联网上的海上助航信息共享系统,可实现海上助航信息的及时通告服务,为船舶及涉海部门及时、准确、方便地获取海上助航信息提供重要的技术平台.In order to realize the marine traffic information sharing, depending on the WebGI5 soitware specified by GeoBeans 6.0, which is based on Java Applet method, a marine traffic information sharing system built on electronic charts is set up. The system is fitted for the international standard of IHO-S 57, and is combined with marine traffic information-AIS, navigation-aids that appears from time to time. The system can be operated on the internet, and can be utilized to reveal the objective that marine assistance information and traffic information is announced in time. At the same time, such a system can provide a technique assurance for ships and other marine departments to get accurate marine traffic information conveniently and effectively.
