摘  要:采用动压气体轴承替代传统的油润滑轴承对飞机空调系统中各环节的影响进行全面分析,并结合相关实验研究最终得出结论:采用气体轴承所带来的膨胀机转子转速的提升是影响空调系统制冷性能及动力性能的主要因素。在飞机空调系统中改用气体轴承,循环效率提高,制冷温度降低,制冷量大幅度增加;系统的引气量大大减少,力学性能得以改善,系统部件更加轻巧、紧凑。Using gas bearing instead of traditional oil-lubrication bearing to improve the environment control system in the air refrigeration system of plane. The demonstration of gas bearing' s advantage in the air condition system of plane was analyzed by theory and empirical data of experiment. The result shows that the acceleration of rotor which can be made by gas bearing is the main factor to improve air condition system. The efficiency and refrigeration capacity of system improved greatly, the cooling temperature reduced. From the viewpoint of aircraft dynamics, the required air-input reduced, the performance of mechanics improved and the components of the system got dexterously and compactly.
