摘  要:目的:建立湖北省保康GAP产地净柴胡、醋柴胡指纹图谱并探讨炮制前后的变化。方法:采用HPLC法。Hypersil ODS(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-水梯度洗脱;流速:1.0 ml/min;以紫外检测器(UV)检测,检测条件:检测波长203 nm;柱温25℃。结果:净柴胡和醋柴胡相似度均大于0.95,归纳出净柴胡13个特征指纹峰,醋柴胡15个特征指纹峰。结论:用HPLC法建立了湖北道地药材GAP示范基地的净柴胡和醋柴胡的指纹图谱,并初步研究了二者之间差别。Objective:To establish the HPLC Fingerprint of Bupleurum chinense from GAP provenance of Hubei province Baokang,and discuss the changes before and after processing.Methods:Using HPLC detection method equipped with Hypersil ODS column(5 μm,4.6 mm×250 mm),using acetonitrile-water as mobile phase gradient elution,flow as 1.0 ml/min,UV detector set at 203 nm,column temperature was at 25℃.Results:Similarity of processed Bupleurum chinense and Bupleurum chinense exceeded 0.95,and there were 13 characteristic fingerprints of processed Bupleurum chinense,15 characteristic fingerprints of Bupleurum chinense.Conclusion:The HPLC Fingerprint of Bupleurum chinense from GAP provenance of Hubei province Baokang are established,and the difference between Bupleurum chinense before and after processing is studied initially.
