珍珠明目滴眼液治疗慢性结膜炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察珍珠明目滴眼液治疗慢性结膜炎的疗效。方法选择本中心眼科门诊慢性结膜炎患者107名，随机分为试验组（n=46）、对照A组（n=41）和对照B组（n=20），分别予以珍珠明目滴眼液、氧氟沙星滴眼液和行为干预治疗2周，并分析比较3组临床疗效。结果试验组总有效率达65．22％，与对照A组和B组比较，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论珍珠明目滴眼液治疗慢性结膜炎较安全可靠。Objective To observe effectiveness in treatment of chronic conjuntivitis with pearl improving sight drops （Zhen Zhu Ming Mu Ye）. Method 107 patients suffered with chronic conjunctivitis in our ophthalmic policlinic were randomly divided into test group （n= 40） and control group A （n= 41） and control group B （n=20）, they were treated respectively with pearl improving eyesight eye drops, ofloxacin eye drops and behavior intervention for 2 weeks, then to analyse and compare clinical effect of the 3 groups. Results In test group, total efficiency rate was 65.22%, compared with control groups A and B, the difference were all with statistical meaning （P〈0.05）. Conclusion To treat chronic conjunctivitis with pearl improing eyesight drops is safety and reliable.
