摘　　要：[目的]探讨伴全血细胞减少的肺结核病人的护理方法。[方法]总结34例伴有全血细胞减少的肺结核病人的护理方法和临床效果,对严重的全血细胞减少的病人给予保护性隔离,全面的心理护理和健康教育,合理的饮食指导。[结果]全部病人血常规指标均恢复正常或接近正常,34例病人均未发生严重感染、出血及结核中毒。[结论]伴全血细胞减少的肺结核病人的病情较重,严格的护理干预对病人的预后有着至关重要的意义。Objective： To probe into the nursing method of pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with pancytopenia. Methods： Nursing methods and clinical effect of a total of 34 pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with pancytopenia were summarized. And severe pancytopenia patients were protectively isolated. All--round psychological nursing care, health education and reasonable dietary instruction were provided for them. Results： Hemocytes analysis of all patients recovered normal or near normal. Among 34 patients, none died of severe infection, hemorrhage or tubercular intoxication. Conclusion： The cdnditions of pulmonary tuberculosis patients complicated with pancytopenia were more severe. And strict nursing intervention has important significance for the prognosis of patients.
