摘 要:针对大倾角、长运距、大运量下运带式输送机常用的盘式制动装置频繁制动使闸瓦严重磨损引起的制动力下降、刹车不灵,甚至造成制动失效问题进行研究和探讨,对下运带式输送机进行制动性能分析和最大制动力矩计算,为选用和设计制动装置提供参考依据.在此基础上,设计了下运带式输送机制动装置闸瓦磨损间隙的自动补偿装置,能够及时、自动地进行补偿,并保持恒定的制动力和制动瓦退距,解决了其制动力失效及安全制动可靠性问题,结果表明,该自动补偿装置是有效和可行的.The braking force decline, brakes failed and even failure arising from the wear of disk braking device for long distance, large capacity and big elevation angle Down Belt Conveyor are analysed. Brake performance and the maximum braking moment of the Down Belt Conveyor is analysed and calculated to provide references for the selection and design of the braking device. On this basis, automatic compensation device is designed for the wearing clearance of braking device of Down Belt Conveyor, The device can compensate the wearing clearance promptly and automatically, maintain constant braking force and brake shoe retreat. The problem of braking force failure and safety brake reliability is solved, the result shows that the automatic compensation device is effective and reliable.
