子莲建选17号的种性研究

摘　　要：对建选17号品比试验、区试和生产示范的结果进行分析,建选17号生长势强,需种量1800～2250支/hm^2,比建宁县原主栽品种红花建莲节省25%～50%;有效花达57 150朵/hm^2,心皮数25.96个/蓬,结实率72.14%,生育期200～210 d。其通心白莲产量1100.96 kg/hm^2,比红花建莲增产46.74%。抗病力强,抗倒伏能力中等,稳产性好,适应性强。The analysis of specific characteristics of seed lotus Jianxuan No.17 can provide reference for its extension in large areas. This paper analyzes the experimental results from cultivar comparison test, regional test and production demonstration. The results showed that Jianxuan No.17 has strong vitality, the planting amounts of lotus root are 1 800-2 250/hm^2 which can save 25%- 50% lotus roots compared with Redflower Jian Lotus, which mainly planted in Jianning County in the past. Its effective flowers are about 57 150/hm^2, the numbers of carpel per seedpod are 25.96, seedset rates are 72.14% and total growing periodis 200-210 d. The average yield of dry seed without embryo bud of Jianxuan No.17 is 1 100.96 kg/hm^2, which is more 46.74% than Redflower Jian Lotus, mainly resulted from the increasing of the seedset numbers per seedpod, the quality is the same as Redflower Jian lotus. Jianxuan No.17 has high disease resistance, middle lodge tolerance, high stability and suitability. The molecular identifications confirm that one locus （ISSR-L8-950bp） is special for Jianxuan No.17 which can be used as marker for cultivar identification.
