摘　　要：为了改善精梳产品的成纱质量,分析了WRC-963型胶辊的工艺原理及纺制特号纱的工艺配置,通过与同类产品的纺纱对比,从胶辊的套制和磨砺、摇架压力的配置和加强运转管理及车间温湿度四个方面重点讨论了WRC-963型胶辊纺制精梳纱的使用要素,指出该产品具有弹性大,抗静电、耐污,手感柔、使用寿命长等特点,值得推广。In order to upgrade quality of the combed yarn, analysis is done to the process mechanism of the cot WRC-963 and the process configuration spinning yarn of special dtex. Through comparative spinning of the product of the same kind, highlight is given to the application elements spinning combed yarn with cot WRC-963 regarding cot telescoping, grinding, pressure configuration of top arm, operation management. Conclusion is made that cot WRC-963 is of big elasticity,anti-static, anti-contamination, soft feel, long service life, thus worthy of promotion.
