摘 要:对R507A,R404A及R22在低温冷冻应用中进行理论性能分析。R22是纯工质制冷剂,泄漏-充注次数对机组性能没有影响。而R507A与R404A为混合工质,在5次泄漏-充注后,R507A的容积制冷量基本不变,而R404A的容积制冷量降低1.6%左右。在相同压缩机及相同运行工况下,R507A机组的制冷量比R22机组大7%~13%,R404A机组的制冷量比R22机组大4%~10%左右。在环境温度较高时,R22机组的效率略高于R507A与R404A;环境温度较低时,R507A与R404A机组的效率比R22略高。Carries out performance comparison of R507A, R404A, and R22 used for low temperature refrigeration units. R22 is pure refrigerant, there is no any impact on the units for any times' leakage-recharge process. For R507A, the volumetric refrigeration capacity is almost the same, while the volumetric refrigeration capacity decreases 1.6% for R404A when five-time leakage-recharge process occurs. Under the same working conditions and with the same compressor, the refrigeration capacity of R507A unit and R404A unit are 7%-13% and 4%-10% higher than that of R22 unit respectively. At high ambient temperature, the EER of R22 unit is a little higher than that of R507A and R404A ones; while at low ambient temperature, the EER of R22 unit is a little lower than that of R507A and R404A ones.
