摘  要:目的:介绍一种治疗老年骨质疏松椎体压缩性骨折的新方法。方法:98饲(132椎)骨质疏松性椎体压缩骨折患者,应用Sky膨胀式椎体成形器进行椎体扩张,使用PMMA作为填充物重建骨折椎体,比较手术前后疼痛缓解程度(VAS评分)、Cobb's角及椎体高度恢复率的变化。结果:本组病例均获随访3~32个月,平均12个月,无1例死亡,5例出现椎管前缘渗漏,3例通过静脉丛渗漏,3例间盘渗漏,无椎管内渗漏,无神经损伤症状,均达到疼痛缓解,手术前后VAS评分、Cobb's角有显著差异。结论:Sky方法具有满意的止痛效果,还能较好的纠正后突畸形,有效恢复并保持椎体高度。提高患者生活质量,延长寿命,操作简单,值得临床推广。Objective:To introduce a new treatment method of senile osteoporosis vertebral compression fracture. Methods: 98 cases (132 vertebrae) suffering vertebral compression fractures were treated by Sky bone expander system which had expanded vertebral bodies and reconstructed the vertebral body with PAMMA cement. The clinical effect was evaluated by observing the changing of visual analog scale (VAS) ,the Cobb's angle and recovery rate of vertebral height. Results: All cases were followed up from 3 to 32 months (averaged 12 months). None of death,five cases in front canal leakage, three cases in venous plexus leakage,three cases in disc leakage, no leakage of spinal canal, no symptoms of nerve injury. Pain relieved obviously in all cases. The postoperative VAS score and Cobb's angle have significant differences. Conclusion : Sky bone expander system provids significant pain relief effect in the cases of oteoporotic vertebral compression fractures, and can improve the kyphosis deformity and remain vertebral height.
