培哚普利对原发性高血压患者心率震荡的影响

摘　　要：目的:评价培哚普利对原发性高血压患者窦性心率震荡的影响。方法:采用24h动态心电图对正常对照组(健康体检者100例)、原发性高血压组(100例)服用培哚普利前后窦性心率震荡指标(TO、TS)的变化进行分析。结果:原发性高血压组与正常对照组相比,TO、TS值差异均有统计学意义,经培哚普利治疗后血压下降的同时心率震荡的各项指标均显著改善,差异有统计学意义。结论:培哚普利可改善原发性高血压患者的窦性心率震荡,从而改善自主神经功能紊乱。Objective：To evaluate the effect of perindopril on heart rate turbulence of essential hypertensive patients. Methods： The data of heart rate turbulence （TO,TS） were analyzed in 100 healthy subjects and 100 patients with hypertension before and after using perindopril by 24 hour ambulatory electrocardiographic recordings. Results： The data of heart rate turbulence, such as TO, TS. In hypertensive patients were significantly abnormal compared that in control. After treatment of perindopril, in addition to lowering the blood pressure, the heart rate turbulence were significantly improved. Conclusion： Prindopril can improve the rate variability of essential hypertensive patients, and improve turbulence of parasympathetic system.
