腹腔镜胆囊切除合并2型糖尿病患者围手术期的护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨胆石症和(或)胆囊炎合并2型糖尿病行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的有效护理措施。方法:调查2003年6月～2007年6月我科收治的37例胆石症和(或)胆囊炎合并2型糖尿病患者术前的护理需求、参与制订护理计划,按个体需求及时调整护理措施。结果:经围手术期护理,37例患者均痊愈出院,其中33例Ⅰ类切口7天愈合,切口有轻度感染的4例患者中,3例9天愈合,1例11天愈合。结论:围手术期合理护理,使患者能安全顺利地度过围手术期。Objective：Researched cholelithiasis and （or） cholecystitis with type 2 diabetes laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with effective care measures. Methods： Survey in Jane 2003 to June 2007 Division Ⅰ treated 37 cases of gallstone disease and （or） eholecysfitis with type 2 diabetes patients with the care needs, participate in the formulation of care plan, according to individual needs care and timely adjustment measures. Results： The perioperafive care, 37 patients were cured and discharged, of which 33 cases of class Ⅰ incision seven days to heal, a mildly infected incision of the four patients, three cases of nine days to heal, one ease of 11 days of healing. Conclusion： Perioperative reasonable care, so that patients can be smoothly through security Perioperative.
