摘　　要：目的:通过研究,建立HPLC法测定降脂减肥片中葛根素含量的方法。方法:高效液相色谱法,以Lichrospher C_(18)(200×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-水(25:75)为流动相、流速1.0ml/min,检测波长250nm。结果:葛根素线性范围为0.09～0.46μg,r=0.9999;平均加样回收率为96.70%、RSD=1.21%。结论:该方法便捷、准确,可有效提高降脂减肥片质量标准的可控性。Objective：Through the research ,to establish a method of HPLC for determination the oontent of Puerarin in Jiangzhijianfei tables. Methods： HPLC, The Liebrespher C 18 column （ 200mm × 4. 6mm ,5 μm） was used; the methanol - water（25： 75 ） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0ml/min, the detection wavelength was 250nm. Results： The linear range of Puerarin was 0. 09 - 0. 46 μg （ r = 0. 999 9 ）, the average recoverie was 96.7 % （RSD = 1.2% ）. Conclusion： The method is simple and rapid and the result is accurate,it can more effective control the quality specification of Jiangzhijianfei tablets.
