摘　　要：从长远来看，天然气将替代石油成为人类第四代能源。理论和实践证明松辽盆地深部还蕴藏着丰富的天然气资源。因此，本世纪末到下世纪３０年代是创建东北天然气生产基地的大好时机，它将为祖国的能源建设做出新的贡献。In the long run,natural gas will replace oil and become the fourth generation energy in the world.Both theory and practice prove that there is rich natural gas resource in the deep part of Songliao Basin,so the good opportunity to build natural gas production base in the northeast part will appear to us from the end of this century to the 30’ of the next century.This base will make new contributions to our motherland energy construction.
