不同产地茯苓中萜类成分的HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：目的比较不同产地茯苓中萜类成分的HPLC指纹图谱。方法用高效液相色谱法分析10批英山GAP产地的茯苓药材,建立共有模式,并和其它产地茯苓药材的指纹图谱进行比较。结果英山GAP产地茯苓药材的指纹图谱稳定性好,不同产地茯苓药材的指纹图谱中典型色谱峰较一致,但峰面积存在差异。结论所建立的指纹图谱可用于茯苓药材的质量控制。Objective： To compare the fingerprint atlas of different habitat poria cocos＇ terpenoid by HPLC. Methods： The mutual mode of HPLC fingerprint is set up after ten batches of poris from Yingshan County are analyzed by HPLC with the comparison to that from different habitats. Results： The HPLC fingerprint of terpeniod on poria from Yingshan County shows stable quality. The characteristic peak in fingerprint of different habitats is accordance, but the peak area is different. Conclusions： The HPLC fingerprint can be used for the quality evaluation of poria cocos.
