摘　　要：通过试验五叶地锦在固原进行硬枝、嫩枝及嫩枝单芽扦插育苗是成功的；试验观察到五叶地锦半木质化嫩枝上形成有不定根原始体，多聚集在芽的周围，扦插后可分化成不定根；不定根原始体在当年生长季节中形成并需要一定时间。A trial of hard shoots, tender shoots and tender shoots with side bud on of Parthenocissus quinquefolia were applied for raising seedlings . Root primordiums were observed to concentrate around buds in semi-lignified tender shoots and differentiated into adventitious roots. Root primordi- urns need some time to formulate in the growing seasons.
