摘　　要：在陕西秦岭大熊猫繁育基地建设项目可行性研究工作中,运用专家会议法和Delphi法建立和确定基地选址方案比选的评价指标及其权重,确定各指标评分标准,对各初选方案进行综合评分,最后采用加权加法模型得出各初选方案综合评分值及其相对优势次序,合理确定基地选址方案的方法与过程。This paper describes the process of applying expert meeting and Delphi to feasibility study of breeding base construction project in Shaanxi Qinling Giant Panda. These two methods are used to set up and determine the evaluation indices and their weights in selecting the site for breeding base, determine criteria for scoring under each index and finally to give the integrated score for each preliminarily selected plan through weighted addition model to obtain the score of each preliminarily selected plan and the order of relative advantage.
