摘  要:目的探讨剥夺睡眠对人血清中甲状腺激素及皮质醇的影响。方法随机选择志愿者10名为睡眠剥夺组(男性5名,女性5名,年龄21~25岁);8名为对照组(男性4名,女性4名,年龄21~25岁)。试验从早晨7:00至次日晨7:00,两组人员在试验开始和结束时分别进行肘静脉采血,测定促甲状腺素(TSH)、血清游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)及皮质醇。结果与对照组相比,睡眠剥夺后(TSH)素升高有显著差异(F=5.212,P〈0.05),FT3较试验前有所升高,差异有显著性意义(F=9.072,P〈0.05),其余指标睡眠剥夺前后无统计学差异。结论促甲状腺素和游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸可能是对睡眠剥夺响廊敏感的激素。Objective To investigate the effects of 24 h sleep deprivation on serum thyroid hormone and cortisol. Methods Ten healthy volunteers as subjects (5 men and 5 women,21~25 years old) stayed awake from 7 :00 o'clock on first day until 7:00 o'clock on second day as sleep deprivation group and eight healthy subjects (4 men and 4 women, 21~25 years old) could have normal sleep dur ing night at 7:00 o'clock as control group. Blood samples were drawn from the antecubital vein on each day at 7:00 o'clock. The content of blood thyroid hormone and cortisol were measured by radio immunoassay. Results The content of thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) and free triiothyronine (FT3) were significantly in sleep deprivation group than control group (F=5. 212, and 9. 072, P〈 0.05). No statistically significant difference in other parameters was noted between tow groups. Conclusion TSH and FTs may be sensitive to response of sleep deprivation.
