家蚕小蚕期个体形体特征图文数据库的构建及应用

摘  要:鉴别家蚕品种真实性及检验蚕种杂交率是蚕桑生产的重要工作,但生产上还没有一种理想的方法。笔者建立了一种根据家蚕品种小蚕期个体形体特征鉴别家蚕品种的方法,主要是采用体视显微镜和摄影设备获得每一个家蚕品种小蚕期个体的照片,再借助于"家蚕品种识别专家系统软件V1.0"建立相应的形体特征图文数据库,然后将待鉴别家蚕品种的形体特征与数据库中已知品种的形体特征进行一对一的比较分析,达到鉴别品种的目的。本文介绍了该软件设计的架构和用户界面,数据库建立的方法、形体特征图文数据库的内容以及该数据库在家蚕品种鉴别中的应用。The authenticity identification of silkworm breeds and the hybrid rate test of silkworm eggs play very important roles in the secricultural production, while there is no ideal way to be broadly applied until now.We invented a new way to identify the silkworm breeds by the body characteristics of silkworm, Bombyx mori, at the younger larval stage. That we first obtained the images of every breed at the younger larval stage exploiting stereomicroscope photography equipment, and then we established the character image database of silkworm body characteristics using the software "silkworm breeds identification expert system V1.0".By comparing the body characteristics of the silkworm breed to be identified with the corresponding characteristics of every breed having known in the database,we can identify the breed of silkworm.In this article, we introduced the architecture and the usage of the software ,as well as the way of construction of the database and its application on silkworm breed identification.
