摘 要:研究皂角在土壤盐分和干旱胁迫下生长性状和叶保水力,旨在为各种土壤条件下栽培皂角提供理论依据。采用盆栽试验,对苗木存活率、胁迫症状进行调查,对苗高、生物量、叶片保水力进行测定。结果表明,皂角的存活率、苗高、生物量及根系比重在干旱、轻度盐分和中度干旱与盐分的交叉胁迫处理下,均能维持在较高的水平;叶保水力在各个胁迫条件下均高于对照。盐旱交叉胁迫下水分含量越高,越有利于皂角在盐分下的生长。The research of growth properties and water-holding capacities of Gleditsia sinensis Lam.under salt and drought stress is meant to provide theoretic basis for the cultivation of G.sinensis Lam.under various soil conditions.The survival of the seedlings,the symptoms were investigated and the height of the seedlings,the biomass,the water-holding capacities were measured by potted experiments.The results showed that the survival,height of the seedlings,the biomass and root weight ratio all kept at a high level under drought,light salt and their intercross stresses,the water-holding capacities was higher than that of the control under all the stresses.Under salt and drought intercross stresses,the more water,the better for growth of G.sinensis Lam.under salt stress.
