摘 要:通过对张家口坝上错季草莓果实发育规律的研究,为制定草莓错季栽培管理提供理论依据。结果表明:坝上地区错季草莓果实纵、横径生长曲线为单S型;有机酸含量前期增加缓慢,中期增加较快,成熟前又降低;可溶性糖含量在果实发育过程中呈上升趋势,近成熟时达最高;同一品种,不同时期采收的果实品质不同,9月采摘的品种‘卢比’(Ruby)果实可溶性糖含量达14.6%,糖酸比达到15.73,风味极佳。Through studies on fruit development rule of strawberry under unseasonal conditions in Bashang area of Zhangjiakou, the results showed that the growth curve of vertical diameter and suture diameter of strawberry fruit was ‘S' model. The organic acid content slowly rose during the prophase, speeded up its increase significantly in metaphase, and decreased before fruit ripening. The soluble sugar content gradually increases while strawberry fruit developing, it reached the peek before fruit ripening. The fruit quality of a variety varied with harvesting times. The soluble sugar content of Ruby's fruit harvested in september reached 14.6 %, the ratio of soluble sugar to organic acid was 15.73. The fruit favor was excellent.
