Resistance detection and analysis of pathogenic Escherichia coli to antimicrobials in chicken farms

摘  要:用氟苯尼考、氧氟沙星等12种抗菌药物对从东北、河北、山东、华东等地部分鸡场分离的21株鸡致病性大肠杆菌进行药物敏感性测定。结果表明,分离菌对阿莫西林的耐药性最高,为100%,余下依次为四环素95.24%、诺氟沙星85.71%、多西环素66.67%、氧氟沙星61.9%、硫酸链霉素61.9%、环丙沙星57.14%、氟苯尼考57.14%、红霉素38.1%、硫酸庆大霉素23.89%、新霉素19.05%、阿米卡星19.05%。分离菌表现出多重耐药性,7重耐药菌株最多,达6株(28.57%),4重、5重、6重耐药各3株(14.29%),8重、11重耐药的各2株(9.52%),9重、10重耐药的各1株(4.76%)。The resistances of 21 strains of avian pathogenic E. coli isolated from some chicken farms in Northeast China Provinces, Hebei, Shandong and East China regions to 12 antimicrobials were examined. The resistance rates to Amoxicillin, Tetracycline, Norfloxacin, Doxycycline, Ofloxacin, Streptomycin Sulfate, Ciprofloxacin, Florfenicol, Erythromycin, Gentamicin Sulfate, Neomycin, Amikacin were 100%, 95.24%, 85.71%, 66.67%, 61.9%, 61.9%, 57.14%, 57.14%, 38.1%, 23.89%, 19.05% and 19.05%, respectively. All of the isolates showed multiple - resistances The resistance spectrum of the isolates varied from 4 to 11 kinds of the above antimicrobials. Seven resistances were 6 strains (28.57%); four, five and six resistances were 3 strains (14.29%), eight and eleven resistances were 2 strains (9.52%), nine and ten resistances were 1 strain (4.76 % ), respectively.
