摘　　要：本文在介绍了地理信息系统的功能和特点基础之上,提出了基于ArcView平台开发的配电信息管理系统。本系统很好的解决了传统的纯数据库管理方法难以表达的电网和设备情况的复杂关系,并利用数据库技术把空间数据与属性数据一一对应联系起来,用可视方式形象、直观地进行查询、统计、分析、输出,使用户直接在地理背景上完成各种管理工作,为配电自动化建立了基础。This paper, on the foundation of the introduction of the function and characteristic of the geographical information system, has proposed the distribution information management system developed based on that ArcView platform. This system has well solved the complicated relation of grid and apparatus what the traditional pure database management is difficult to express, analyzed and searched space data comprehensively, utilized database technology to connect space data and attribution data corresponding one- to -one, with inquiring, counting, analyzing, exporting in visual way vividly and intuitively, made the user finish various managements on the geographical background directly, and brought great convenience for the comprehensive management of the distribution network.
