摘　　要：本文通过对农村基层在岗大学生和在校大学生的调查访谈,深入研究了农村基层大学生的就业现状,同时运用经济学供给——需求及成本——收益的分析模型对其原因进行探讨,并针对实际情况提出了引导大学生面向农村基层就业的对策和建议,为大学生基层就业提供一定的理论参考。In this paper, in the rural grassroots Kong university students and college students in the investigation on the basis of interviews, in-depth study of college students in the rural grass-roots employment status, use of economics at the same time supply - demand and cost - of the proceeds of its model to explore the reasons for and against the actual situation a guide to the status of university students employment-oriented rural grass-roots responses and recommendations, providing employment for college students grass-roots certain theoretical reference.
