摘 要:以阿月浑子花粉为试材,通过离体培养研究蔗糖、温度、硼酸及贮藏条件对花粉萌发和花粉管生长的影响。结果表明:花粉萌发及花粉管生长以15%蔗糖,100 mg/L硼酸,25℃最适宜;该培养条件下花粉的萌发率及花粉管生长均达最大值,分别为90.2%和633μm;适宜的花粉贮藏条件依次为:-18℃冷冻,4℃冷藏和18℃室温保存。此研究可为阿月浑子生产上的花粉贮藏和人工授粉提供参考依据。The effects of temperature, sucrose concentrations, boric acid and different storage conditions on pollen germination and tube growth of pistachio in vitro were studied. The results as follows:25℃,15% sucrose, and 100 mg/L boric acid were the optimal conditions for pollen germination and tube growth, in which the rate of pollen germination and the length of pollen tube were 90.2% and 633μm, respectively. The suitable temperature for keeping pollen viability was - 18℃, followed by 4℃ and 18℃ room temperature. So reference basis for pollen storage and artificial pollination of pistachio in the production was offered.
