摘  要:应用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定枣汁饮料中钙、镁、铜、锌、铁、锰6种微量元素的含量。结果表明,枣汁饮料中微量元素含量丰富,方法的检出限均小于0.055μg.mL-1,相对标准偏差(RSD)介于0.22%-1.43%之间,回收率为92.8%-102.5%,并与ESP-1西红柿叶标准样品进行比较测定,测定值与标准值基本吻合。The contents of six trace elements in jujube juice, such as calcium, magnesium, copper, zinc, iron and manganese were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). The results indicated that the contents of trace element in jujube drink were all abundant. The detection limits were all smaller than 0.055 μg· mL^-1, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) of the method is between 0.22 % - 1.43 %, and the recovery is between 92.8 % - 102.5 %, respectively. The tomato leaf (ESP- 1 ) standard samples were used to carry out the comparative test. The determined values of the standard samples were in agreement with the certified values.
