西部民族地区地方文献数字化建设研究——以“贵州省情(地方志)全文数据库”建设为例

摘　　要：在西部大开发的持续稳定发展中,地方经济与文化并重的生态化建设已成为专家学者关注、研究的重点。本文就西部民族地区地方文献的特点、西部民族地区开展地方文献数字化的必要性和存在的障碍进行了讨论,以"贵州省省情(地方志)全文数据库"建设实践为例,阐述了地方志全文数据库的建设、主要特色、使用效果及存在的问题,对如何有效地开发利用民族地方文献资源,实现民族地方文献数字化提出了对策思考。With the continuous and stable development of great exploitations in the west, people pay equal attention to ecological construction of local economy and culture, which is the main point to the expert and the scholar. The text discusses necessity of digitization and existing obstacles, according to the feature and the development of local literature in western nation area. Taking construction practice of the whole data base in line with circumstance in Guizhou （local records） as an example, it sets forth construction, main feature, using effect and existing problems about the data base in local records. At the same time, we wonder how to develop and make use of national local literature resources and how to accomplish digitization of national local literature.
