摘 要:利用铝炭微电解法对碱性紫5BN模拟废水进行了处理,研究了铝炭比、进水pH值、曝气时间等因素对处理效果的影响,得到了最佳条件。结果表明,铝炭微电解法在铝炭质量比1:1.5,曝气时间2h、pH值为3及10时,对碱性紫5BN的质量浓度为200mg/L的模拟废水,COD的去除率分别达到83.6%和91.8%,同时经过铝炭反应后出水BOD5与COD的质量比从0.06增大到0.91,提高了可生化性。这为微电解法在碱性废水预处理中的应用奠定了基础。Aluminum-carbon microelectrolysis was used for the treatment of simulant wastewater containing methyl violet 5 BN, the influences of aluminum-carbon ratio, influent pH value, aeration time and some other factors on treatment effect were studied, and then, the optimal condition was determined. The results showed that, using aluminum-carbon microelectrolysis process to treat simulant methyl violet 5 BN-containing wastewater whose mass concentration was 200 mg/L, when the mass ratio of aluminum-carbon was 1 : 1.5, the aeration time was 2 h, the pH value was 3 and 10, the removal rate of COD reached 83.6% and 91.8% respectively, through the reaction, the mass ratio of effluent BOD5 to COD increased from 0.06 to 0.91 and the biodegradability of the wastewater was improved at the same time. It was proved that microelectrolysis could be used in pretreatment of alkaline wastewater.
