摘　　要：我国目前机床总量庞大,老式机床众多。随着生产的技术和要求的增高,部分企业引进了数控生产线,但是大多数制造行业生产、加工装备的绝大多数是传统的机床加工的产品。普遍存在着质量差、品种少、挡次低,因此需要对普通车床进行改造,只要找出主要的技术难点,解决关键技术问题,就可以争取最大的经济和社会效益。The number of Lathes is very Large in our country velop ment of the requirement of the production technique, product lines. Most equipments from production industry and nowadays but most of them are old. With the desome corporations fetch in the numerical control corporations are traditional lathe. The products are weak and there are few kinds. So we must change the ordinary lathes we can get the largest economic and social benefits, as long as we find out the major technolegy difficulties and solve the pivotal technology problems.
