摘 要:对蓄电池低温起动容量的主要影响因素(极板结构、放电电流、电解液温度和密度)进行分析,得出了车用蓄电池低温起动的最佳性能参数;在柴油机低温起动试验台架上进行了低温起动扭矩、起动电压、起动电流及起动转速性能试验。结果表明,车用柴油机低温起动时,最大起动电流为678 A,最低起动电压为9.3 V,最大起动扭矩为200 N.m,起动转速提高了约52%,起动时间减少了12.5%,匹配后的蓄电池完全满足车用柴油机低温起动的性能要求。The optimal perfomance parameters of low-temperature starting for vehide battery were acquired by analyzing the main factors like the structure of polar board, the discharge current, and the temperature and density of electrolyte of influencing low-temperature starting capacity. Several performance tests including the low-temperature starting torque, the starting voltage, the starting current and the starting speed were carried out on the low-temperature starting test bench. The test results indicated that, the maximum starting current was 678 A, the minimum starting voltage was 9. 3 V, the maximum starting torque was 200 N · m, the starting speed was increased by 52 percent and the starting time was advanced by 12. 5 percent. Accordingly, the matched battery could .satisfy the performance requirements of low-temperature starting.
